What we collect. If you contact us or book a rental, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment information. Our website also collects basic anonymous visit statistics, the same as most websites do.

Why we collect it. To answer your questions, ship your rental, take payment, and support you while you have the system. Nothing else.

Payment. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Who else sees it. Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it. As long as we need it for our records and our tax obligations, and no longer.

Your choices. Email us any time and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.

Cookies. Our website uses cookies to remember your session and to count visits. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings.
