HOW IT WORKS (SIMPLE)
• Five small sensors rest on the scalp/ears
• You relax with music; brief audio “pauses” cue your brain to self-adjust
• Sessions are ~33 minutes; most people read, rest, or nap

HOW MANY SESSIONS?
Experiences vary. Many notice shifts within 6–10 sessions; 20+ is common for “something’s happening,” and 40–60 for deeper, steadier change—why rentals are popular.
