Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — free insured shipping both ways within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaiʻi.
Is it safe for children?
NeurOptimal® is non-invasive and commonly used with children and adults. If you have specific medical concerns, consult your healthcare provider first.
Do I need a long contract?
No — rentals are month to month after the 30-day minimum. Return or extend as you prefer.
Do I have to do anything during a session?
No. It's passive. Clip on the sensors, press start, and read or close your eyes for about 33 minutes. There is nothing to concentrate on and nothing to get right.
What if something breaks?
Sensors, cables and paste wear out — that's on us. Everything else is set out in plain English on our terms page. No deposit, no hidden fees.
